- The subject of the contract is to ensure the provision of services by the party under the control of the selected participant, consisting in the provision of training of employees according to the specifications set out in part D of this procurement documentation and thereby ensuring the implementation of the contracting authority's project entitled "Education to increase the competences of ATOK members" withwith registration number CZ.03.01.03/00/22_040/0002226 within the framework of the Operational Program Employment plus of the program period 2021 2027, whose promulgator and managing body is the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. The subject of the order is mainly managerial and soft courses, to a minimum they will beaccounting, economic and legal courses included. For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority states that digital education (IT and Industry 4.0), technical and other professional trainings will not be provided as part of this contract.
