- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation of Vitanov (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of ββVitanov and in the related parts of the cadastral area. Stan near Hlinsko, Hlinsko in Bohemia and StruΕΎinec, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class designed for the renewal of the cadastrereal estate by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree"). The estimated area of ββthe area is 424 ha (including reserve 1 ha).It will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.
