Description:
The subject of performance of this public contract is to process the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation in the cadastral area of Zubrnice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. later regulations. The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The design of the kick will be made according to the more detailed The division that exactly corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of the land consolidation proposal, as amended. The entire cadastral area of the municipality Zubrnice will be included in the district of the comprehensive land consolidation, outside the built -up territory of the municipality. The estimated area of the area is in the cadastral area of Zubrnice 475 ha.
