- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of Slavňovice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (cadastralDecree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree").
The design of the KopU will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve the land consolidation and the decision on exchange or transitionOwnership rights. The proposal of the KPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars referred to in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of the land consolidation proposal, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").They will be dealt with with special consideration for the treatment of water management conditions, anti -erosion and flood protection measures.
Given the height differences and high visits, the need to incorporate extensive anti -erosion and flood measures into the proposal of the Kopu is expected.
