- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of Čanka, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (Cadastral Decree),as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree").
The design of the KopU will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownershiprights. The proposal of the KPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars referred to in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of land consolidation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").Čanka lies at an altitude of 250 to 290 m above sea level. The land is intensively used, mostly as arable land. The perimeter of the comprehensive land consolidation includes the cadastral area of Čanka and part of the cadastral area. Opočno pod Orlicke Mountains and wet. Most of the built -up part of the cadastral territory lies outside the districtland consolidation. Nevertheless, there is one built -up land in the area. It is included as unsolving within the meaning of Section 2 of Act No. 139/2002. The cadastral workplace requires in the agreement pursuant to Section 10 (1) of Decree No. 13/2014 Coll. Examination of the circuits of buildings and processing documentation of the detection of buildings.
