- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of HostiΔkov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree").
The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the requirements referred to in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of the land consolidation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").
