- The subject of performance of the public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of ββTuhaΕ u Duba, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree").
The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.
The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KPU will be prepared according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of land consolidation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").
Kicks will be solved Special consideration for the treatment of water management conditions and anti -erosion and flood measures. As part of the land consolidation, it is necessary to propose effective measures to alleviate erosion and thus support higher safety against flood effects.
The entire cadastral area will be included in the comprehensive land consolidation perimeter territory of TuhaΕ near Duba, outside the built -up area of ββthe village TuhaΕ. The estimated area of ββthe area is in the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as the "k. U.") TuhaΕ near Duba 653 ββha.
