- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of a proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of Buškovice, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. Decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree").
The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The proposal of the KPU will be prepared according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of land consolidation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").
To the perimeter of a comprehensive Land consolidation will include the entire cadastral area of the municipality of Buškovice, outside the built -up area of the municipality and part of the cadastral area of Hlubany. The estimated area of the area is in the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as the "k. U.") Is 714 ha and the Hlubany 89 ha, a total of 803 ha.
