Description: The subject of the contract is a commitment to the supplier, its name and responsibility to realize the complete delivery of the supply and (ete - České Budějovice - completion) within the scope specified in the technical part of the Treaty and in the implementation documentation processed in the implementation of the contract by the supplier and approved by the contracting authority.
