Description:
The subject of the public contract is, in cooperation with the contracting authority and according to the project documentation and the statement of measurements, the reconstruction of the building of the fire station in the village of Droužkovice. Currently, there is a one-story above-ground building at the construction site, which will be demolished and new constructions will be made. As part of the proposal, it is a two-storey above-ground building with an L-shaped plan with basic dimensions of 26.25 m × 11.75 m (and 15.00 m) and a height of 10.955 m. It includes access - mobile communication areas, which will be connected to the existing areas of roads, as well as new water connections and new sewage connections, new storm sewer pipes, a rainwater storage tank and an underground rainwater absorption facility, a drainless sump for possible polluted water drips from the garage, new heating, air conditioning, medical installation, high-current electrical engineering.
