Description: The subject of the competition is the design of the landscape-architectural solution of the Dr. Milady Horáková (hereinafter referred to as the “Solved Territory”) on land parcel 3594/17, 2569/4, 2569/3, 3594/29, 2569/8, 2554/2, 2567/5, 2554/1, 2553, 2552, 2550, 2549, 2569/1, 2544, 2543, 2569/7, 2613/11, 2514/1, 2372, 2514/10, 2510/21, 2364/2, 2364/1, 2514/9, 2510/22, 2510/6 in the cadastral area of Moravská Ostrava. Overall, the area of the park is 16.4 ha. The proposal must be addressed comprehensively within the area of interest in Parcely 2568/1, 2510/22, 2510/6, 2510/9, 3623/4, 2514/7, 2514/12, 3594/8, 2569/6, 3594/30 In the cadastral area of Moravská Ostrava. The aim of the competition is to transform a set into a park of city -wide importance, including defining a suitable functional parking of the park, taking into account the history of the place and the fact that it is a registered important landscape element. The proposal is to find the links of permeability between the park and the whole area of interest. The contracting authority emphasizes not only urban-landing-architectural quality, economic and economic adequacy, but also sustainability.
