- The subject of this public contract is the execution of a complete restoration intervention (for stone and metal elements), the task of which will be to slow down, eventually stop the degradation processes of the material structures of the artifact and present the current level of authenticity of the monument's values. Historic restoration will have characterr complex restoration intervention. It is assumed that the works will be carried out from scaffolding, the dismantling of the statues is not considered in the restoration plan.
Since further restoration surveys will be carried out during the execution of the work, it is not excluded that it will be necessary to proceed with the dismantling of the statue (or statues), its transferu and reassembly. For this case, the participant will evaluate the work - see Appendix No. 2 of the itemized budget.
The participant will therefore evaluate both the itemized budget itself, as well as the already mentioned Appendix No. 2 of the itemized budget and also Appendix No. 1 of the itemized budget, which refers to hourly rates.
Zthe provider assumes financing of this event from the Integrated Regional Operational Program.
If the subsidy is approved, the contractor undertakes to comply with the obligations associated with the provision of the subsidy - these conditions are stated in the contract for the work "Special conditions associated with the provision of the subsidy". About approvalthe contractor will be informed of the request. For more, see the draft contract. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is contained in the relevant parts of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as "ZD").
