Description:
The subject of the public contract for services is:
-provision of the necessary surveys.
- processing of the feasibility study for the future project "New object of the gynecological-obstetrics complex" (hereinafter referred to as the "project"),
-processing of the project documentation for the joint permit (DURSP) and others necessary permissions,
-processcreation of documentation for the implementation of the construction completed in the project documentation for the assignment of construction works, incl. documentation of the interior (mobile devices and equipment), including preparation for the deployment of IT and medical technology and devices,
- performance of engineering activities (ensuring the issuance of the necessary permits) and dother engineering activities,
-ensuring the activities of the OSH coordinator in the design preparation phase according to Act. No. 309/2006 Coll., as amended,
-performance of author supervision (AD) for the duration of construction.
