- The Client states that his goal is to obtain a design for such a building that will not only fully reflect the requirements and needs of the Client in terms of his main activity the provision of health services, but at the same time will present an eco-friendly building as comprehensively and efficiently as possible, both towards theto the Client (owner, investor, administrator), as well as to the user (employees, clients - patients) and the environment. The design of the building will thus reflect the principles of sustainability to the maximum effective extent, which will build on a comprehensive approach in relation to the life cycle of the building, in terms ofcost (investment costs, management and maintenance costs, energy costs, etc.).
