- The subject of the Competition is the development of an urban planning proposal for partial modifications of the historical core of the town of Uhliřske Janovice. The proposal will consist of the addition of buildings in the gaps, the revitalization of the main public spaces and the creation of a basis for the coordination of the city's well-known investment plans. The goal of urban planningthe proposal is about the identification of existing values, the potential for the development of the city and problem areas in the Addressed Area. The client expects that the design of the new material layout and use of public spaces will improve the quality of life in the city and attract new residents.
