• The subject of the public contract is the provision of services in research, development and innovation for the solution of the security research project within the SecPro Program in the sense of § 2 paragraph 2 letter g) Act No. 130/2002 Coll. on the support of research, experimental development and innovation from the public funds and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, aimed at: Development of a prototype of a pyrotechnic breakthrough device for the supporting structures of buildings. The police of the Czech Republic conducts interventions and training for these interventions, during which it is necessary to create a violent one entry - break-in, using various techniques such as rams, crowbars, hydraulic systems, etc. In some cases, usually the most serious forms of crime, including terrorism, it is necessary to make a break-in in the shortest possible time. Minimizing from a time point of view, it not only ensures a tactical advantage, but above all it protects the lives and health of intervening police officers and non-participating persons. Taking into account the above, the most effective means was the use of explosives. The issue of the violent breaching with explosives is regulated by the law and relevant implementing regulations within the Police of the Czech Republic. In general, an explosive, including components containing an explosive, can be used against obstacles placed by the perpetrator.
