Description of the order: The contest is to process the architectural design of the building converting of the buildings of former towns in the Chomutov, including the layout of the operating design and the solution of the rule of the public space. It is to get an optimal and comprehensive suggestion of converting the object of the building of the former Mests to the modern library of the 21st century, which will be enough to see not only for the development of their classic, but also cultural, company, creative and community activities that inhale not only the object itself, But also the surrounding park of Nova Life. The proposal should respect the competition by entering the defined content so that they are maximally ensured by the current and search functions of the library, but it must be sensitive to the mass and construction of the building, which has its lack of quality and represents the architecture of the time.
