Description:
The subject of this public contract ("public contract" or "concession") is the obligation of the supplier to ensure comprehensive organizational, HW and SW equipment necessary for the provision of the client part of the European Wallet of Digital Identity ("Eudiw") under Article 5a (2It is on its own account and responsibility as a service to citizens and residents of the Czech Republic. The Provider will be obliged to ensure an accessible possibility of obtaining and activating EUDIW ("onboarding") as well as the termination and deactivation of the user ("offboard") under the conditions and in the manner defined in this tender procedure.When securing and providing the client part of the EUDIW, the supplier will be obliged to proceed in accordance with the relevant generally binding legislative acts and their possible changes.
The contracting authority assumes that for the purposes of fulfilling the subject of the concession, it will ensure that qualified certificates for electronic signatures will bePublishing State Services Creating Confidence, s. These users will be allowed to use an electronic signature for unprofessional purposes free of charge.
