- The subject of the public contract is to realize the new building of the Kuřim stadium, which will be used primarily for sports purposes. The new two -storey building will include changing rooms and sanitary facilities for athletes, warehouses for the needs of the sports complex and the outdoor grandstand for spectators.Part of the construction is also the design of related buildings, reinforced areas around the building, area engineering networks (water supply, sewerage, electrical). The construction will be realized on the site of the existing garage, which will be removed and is situated on the area of the Kuřim Municipal Stadium on the landowned by the town of Kuřim. The contract includes a comprehensive performance of construction, technical and technological works according to the project documentation for the construction of the company elaborated by Atelier Němec, s.r.o. Closer specifications are listed in each attachment of this tenderdocumentation.
