- The subject of the contract is to process the evaluation of the landscape character in Karlovy Vary in the territory of the statutory city of Karlovy Vary.
The main objective of the study is to create a professional basis for the processing of a territorial study of the Settlement Greenery System of the City of Karlovy Vary as well as for the issue of consents and opinions according to the law No. 114/1992 Coll. The processed documentation will serve as a basis for land -use planning and decision -making and also as a basis for assessing further use and changes in the territory with an emphasis on the sustainable development of the city and in terms of preserving the values for which Karlovy Vary was registered on the World Heritage List UNESCO, as part of the multinational farm, the famous spa cities of Europe. Natural, cultural and historical values are essential in the spa town of Karlovy Vary and it is necessary to develop and effectively protect them. The spa (therapeutic) landscape is a key part of the spa process. Landscape assessment The UNESCO requirements will take into account the preservation of the authenticity and integrity of the spa town. The evaluation of the landscape character is an indispensable expert basis for the statement and opinions of administrative and professional bodies in the field of nature and landscape protection in the acquisition of land -use planning documentation.
