• Description:
• The subject of delivery is the delivery of an automated line for quality control of plastic fences incl. implementation and accessories, (hereafter referred to as "technology") in the company Transform a.s. Lázně Bohdaneč". Definition of performance: The supply of technology means the supply of all required equipment elements, including the actual installation of the technology and including the assembly and testing of the technology in the bidder's premises and demonstration of the functionality of the technology by the contracting authority. Furthermore, disassembly of the technology and transportation of the technology to its destination, installation or assembly, its involvement, including all possible assembly work necessary for the proper completion of the delivery, as well as all activities related to the delivery, including staff/operator training. • The participant must guarantee warranty service support. • Delivered technology will be carried out according to the automation line specification - see Appendix No. 5 Automation line specification for the integrator, attached to the Call for Tenders. • The participant must guarantee a 30-day test run of the technology before the technology is introduced into permanent operation. • Participant must provide training related to the operation of the technology. The supplied equipment must be supplied as new, unused, of first class quality. As part of fulfilling the subject of the contract, the selected participant will be obliged to perform and up to the bid price include all other activities related to the implementation of the order. If specific trade names are mentioned in the procurement documentation or their annexes, this is only a definition of the required standard and the contracting authority also allows other technical and qualitative comparable solution.
