• Description:
• SVJ requests a contractor who will take care of the maintenance of the house (administrative, economic and technical maintenance). In addition, the supplier will also offer the services of a professional chairman of the SVJ (statutory body). Applicants can make an offer for one site (first of the house) or for the whole (first + professional chairman) SVJ will not accept offers only for the services of a professional chairman. ST A: House management: The subject is complete property management and the performance of all related activities, as requested by SVJ for an apartment building: A1) Economic services: - Led by a separate dual ethnicity and ethnic document processing. - Ron summaries, property inventory and bond. - Regular physical and non-fashionable goods and services. - Records of receivables and balances, led by analytical records and monitoring of the castle. - Monitoring the status of financial resources and taking payment transactions (preparation of orders).
