Description:
The subject of this over-the-limit public order is the provision of mobile telecommunications services, including 5G networks and the purchase of mobile phones with 5G support for the Statutory City of Ústí nad Labem, the contribution organizations established by it, city districts and the city the police. Division of the public contract into parts: Part 1: Telecommunications services Part 2: Public 5G network services Part 3: Mobile phones with 5G support The provided telecommunications services must be provided in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular by Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended and by implementing legal regulations to this Act. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is given in the Technical Specification (appendix no. 5.1 to 5.3 Challenges). The expected volume of services is given by the Price List (appendix no. 4.1 to 4.3 of the Call), which also serves to determine the offer price based on the unit prices of the services for each part separately. Part 1: Telecommunications services The subject of this over-the-limit public procurement is the provision of mobile telecommunication services. The provided telecommunications services must be provided in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular with Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended, and implementing legal regulations to this law.
