- It is a above -the -limit public contract for supplies and construction work and services, awarded in accordance with Section 56 of the ZZVZ in an open proceedings.
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of technological energy measures in the Home for the Elderly near the Source in Louny, including ensuring the necessary construction permits, project Documentation and all related activities by Design & Build.
The Contractor is obliged to fully respect the operation of the home for the elderly and do not restrict the operation of the home in the implementation of the order necessary to perform the subject Public procurement. Adjusting the heat source and heating will be carried out outside the heating season.
The public contract is co-financed by the National Environmental Plan, the Call No. NPJP-NPO 8/2024 and the Contractor is obliged to fully respect all subsidy conditions during the implementation of the contract.
