Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of 2 pieces of new machinery for mining and approaching wood, namely 1 piece of discipline harvester and 1 piece of timber exporter.
The subject of the Public Procurement is specified in the Annex to the tender documentation (Annex 3a of the tender documentation for Part 1; Annex 3b of the tender documentation for part 2), which contains the requirements of the contracting authority for the fulfillment of the public contract. The supplier is obliged to respect these requirements.
The project will be co -financed from the sources of the State Agricultural Intervention Fund - Rural Development Projects As part of the CAP Strategic Plan for the period 2023 - 2027, intervention 35.73 Technological investment in forestry, plan a) Investment in forest management technologies, project registration number: 25/005/3573a/500/004100.
Harvestor
The subject of filling for Part 1 is the delivery of 1pc of the new thinning harvestor for work in the forest with accessories, corresponding to the technical specification according to Annex 3a of the tender documentation for part 1 and ensuring the machine warranty service by the seller.
Timber
The subject of part 2 is the delivery of 1 pcs of the new woodwork for work in the forest with accessories corresponding to the technical specification According to Annex 3b of the tender documentation and ensuring the machine warranty service by the seller.
