- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of 4 pieces of new equipment/technology for the contracting authority's forestry (1x export hoist, 1x splitting line, 1x front ramper with ramp. blade, shovel and forks, 1x uuniversal wheeled tractor) incl. provision of warranty and post-warranty service of delivered goods under the conditions agreed in the draft purchase contract, or in the draft contract for the provision of warranty and post-warranty service, which forms Annex No. 1 of the draft purchase contract.
