- The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of a service, namely the provision of technical support for the information system operated by the Departmental classified computer network (hereinafter referred to as "IS RUPS") for the non-KP part (hereinafter referred to as "non-KP"), while the technical support includes the solution of all RUPS IS statuses, including requests for cooperation in solving non-standard IS statuses, incidents, requests for changes, updating, consulting activities, expert assistance in optimization, including support for editing IS operational and security documentation in the field of operation ro area of HW and SW (hereinafter also referred to as "Service"). Technical support specifically includes technical support, service support, product support of HW and operating SW, prophylactic maintenance, revision of electrical equipment, support of operational and safety management, IS management support, help/support in processing documentation and training.
