• Description:
• Technical support services for the operation of the portal for a period of 2 years. The support services will mainly include the activities listed below. Taking over the administration of the portal 1. taking over the administration of the portal from the previous supplier Providing basic support services for the operation of the portal 2. ensuring the availability of the portal at least at the level of 99.9 % of the total operating time of the portal, which is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7 mode); 3. ensuring the operation of the Liferay platform, portlets and widgets; 4. maintenance, evaluation and optimization of the operation of the Liferay platform and sw infrastructure of the portal, error correction, installation of repair and security packages; 5.maintenance of integration interfaces to external resources (updating TLS certificates, updating URIs); 6. resolving accidents, malfunctions and deficiencies with guaranteed deadlines for solving accidents, removing malfunctions and deficiencies; 7. maintaining up-to-date technical and operational documentation of the Portal, widgets, applications and integration; 8. delivery and maintenance of current user documentation in the form of online wikipedia (manuals and instructions); 9. operating the service desk in 24x7 mode, connecting the service desk of the supplier to the central service desk of the MHMP; 10. keeping detailed records of services provided (overall availability of the portal, solved incidents) and entered requests, it will be possible to record their work for individual requests, including the date of entry, approval, completion and acceptance.
