• Description:
• Technical support services for the operation of the portal for a period of 2 years. The support services will mainly include the activities listed below. Taking over the administration of the portal 1. taking over the management of the portal from the previous supplier Provision of basic support services for the operation of the portal 2. security availability of the portal at least at the level of 99.9% of the total operating time of the portal, which is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7 mode); 3. ensuring the operation of the Liferay platform, portlets and widgets; 4. maintenance, evaluation and optimization of the operation of the Liferay platform and portal infrastructure sw, error correction, installation of patch and security packages; 5.maintenance of integration interfaces to external resources (updating TLS certificates, updating URIs); 6. resolving accidents, malfunctions and deficiencies with guaranteed deadlines for resolution accidents, elimination of malfunctions and deficiencies; 7. maintaining up-to-date technical and operational documentation of the Portal, widgets, applications and integrations; 8. delivery and maintenance of current user documentation in the form of online wikipedia (manuals and instructions); 9. operation of the service service desk in 24x7 mode, connection of the supplier's service desk to the central service desk of MHMP; 10. keeping detailed records of services provided (overall availability of the portal, resolved incidents) and entered requests, for individual requests it will be possible to record their labor including the date of entry, approval, completion and acceptance.
