- The subject of the public contract is the provision of services, namely technical support in Non-IT data centers, including comprehensive service services in two newly built locations. This is the acquisition of a service including Hot-Line suppliers, emergency fault diagnosis, reaction emergency service, pravidaily comprehensive inspections (weekly, monthly, half-yearly), preventive service, regular revisions and prophylaxis of Non-IT DC and documentation, managerial professional consulting and assistance (hereinafter also referred to as "service"). The subject of the public contract, business and other contractual conditions will be described in more detail in the binding contractthe contract for the provision of the service (hereinafter also referred to as the "contract"), which will be sent only after the evaluation of the requests for participation as part of the sent invitation to tender. In view of the fact that the information on the places of fulfillment and the technologies serviced are confidential from the point of view of the fulfillment of the public order, this part will therefore betender documentation is provided only to those suppliers who prove that they meet the qualifications within the application for participation.
