- The subject of performance is the technical support and development of infrastructure systems of the Czech Republic. The exact definition of the subject of the public contract and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are specified in detail in Annex 1 to this call and the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “Call”). Due to protection, information about all contracting authorities, including complete HW parameterization, is not part of this public part of the call. The call containing information about all contracting authorities, including the complete HW parameterization (hereinafter referred to as the “Systems Documentation”), is available through the contracting authority's profile within the national electronic instrument as a non -public part (which forms Annex 9) of this Call. Suppliers must be sent to the non -public part of the call through the national electronic instrument. As part of the application, the supplier submits the completed electronically signed Confidential Information Agreement (which forms Annex 8 of the Call), in which it applies that it will use the information provided only for the preparation of the offer under this public contract.
