• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the provision of technical support and development of the APED electronic auction application (hereinafter referred to as the "APED application"), a tool for conducting electronic auctions within the framework of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic in accordance with the provisions of § 194a of Act No. 280/2009 Coll., Tax Code, as amended laterregulations, in accordance with the Agreement on technical support and development of the APED electronic auction application, which forms Annex No. 2 of the ZD, for a period of 24 months. The current form of the architecture of the APED application is presented in Appendix No. 9 ZD. The existing description of the software solution of the APED application is characterized in Pvolume no. 10 ZD.
  Technical support
  As part of the technical support of the APED application, the supplier will perform the following activities for the contracting authority:
  a) provision of Service Desk services in 7 x 24 mode (continuously 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year ), which will be available and operable in the Internet browserfor the purpose of entering requirements on the part of the contracting authority,
  b) solving emergency situations, incidents, problems or failures in the required terms and modes according to the relevant defect category according to Article V of the contract, which forms Annex No. 2 ZD,
  c) consulting support for the contractor's employees in the 5 x 8 mode (8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. on working days),
  d) ensuring regular prophylaxis and optimization of the system environment, operation management based on methodological and configuration instructions, monitoring,
  e) providing cooperation in the case of implementation of penetration testing,
  f) supporting possible data migration,
