Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure the comprehensive performance of the technical supervision of construction (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") in the construction of the building entitled "Modernization of the Regional Hospital Liberec A.S." (also just "building" or "work").
The purpose of the public contract is to perform all TDS activities so that the construction is made well, properly and timely (ensuring coherence of construction with a construction contractor so that they do not cause reasons to extend the term of construction on the client's side) that the work is fully functional, operable and fully Eligible for use according to the needs of the contracting entity and for a specified purpose, in accordance with all the degree of project documentation.
