Description:
The subject of this small -scale public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder over the construction (hereinafter referred to as the "TDS") in the implementation of the change of the completed construction - the replacement of the personal elevator and other work and the related activities, including the dismantling and liquidation of the existing equipment inFour -storey administrative building KHS JČK at the territorial workplace of Karla Čapek 2459/5, Pisek. The action will be realized "turnkey" including the production of a new station for barrier -free access, processing of project documentation, technical reports and providing related engineering activities, expression of the relevantconcerned authorities, building permits and also ensuring a final occupancy permit, tests and certificates.
The estimated value of the building modifications is 1.294.700,- CZK withDPH.
