- Provision of technical supervision services of the builder for the construction event "VOS, OA and SOUT ChotΔboΕ - completion of vocational training workshops", the subject of which is the modification of the existing two-wing school building on the edge of the ChotΔboΕskych strojiren a. s. complex. One wing will be repaired, the other demolished and newly builteno as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. The building is barrier-free, with a basement, ground floor and first floor. The building will be used for classrooms and vocational training workshops, warehouses, changing rooms, sanitary facilities and facilities for students and staff. The event includes an elevator, a solar power plant on the roof, and a medical installationheating, exhaust technology, air conditioning and recuperation, electrical installation, compressed air distribution and measurement and regulation. In addition, new connections will be made as part of the event.
