• Description:
• This is an above-limit public contract for supplies and construction work, awarded in accordance with § 57 ZZVZ in an open procedure. The subject of the public contract is the implementation of: 1) roof reconstruction, 2) delivery and installation of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter referred to as "PVE") with an output of 49.88 kWp. This order is awarded by a combination of assignments according to the project documentation for the execution of the construction and the related list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions (roof reconstruction) and the design & build (FVE) method. An integral part of this order is: 1) Documentation for the construction of the PV plant, including the necessary engineering work (especially the binding opinion of the fire brigade, etc.) 2) Documentation of the actual execution of the construction, 3) Other project and operational documentation necessary for the execution of a putting the work into operation (workshop documentation, operational documentation, etc.), 4) Ensuring the first parallel connection, 5) Photovoltaic power plant - (photovoltaic panels, inverters, structural system, wiring and directly related work and deliveries) 6) Lightning rod for PV plants (above-ground part), 7) Capture system for maintenance and service of PV plants 8) Other work and material necessary for the completion of the work (implementation of construction works, supplies and services related to the implementation of the PV plant in accordance with the tender documentation) 9) Energy management for a period of 5 years from handing over and taking over the work More detailed information is given in other parts of the terms and conditions, respectively. in the tender documentation appendices, which are Project documentation, Technical...
