Description:
The subject of the public contract is a new building of transport and technical infrastructure. The new local roads will be used for residential housing, visitors and for vehicles of the municipality operator - the removal of municipal waste and winter maintenance. Other technical infrastructure (utilities) will allow individual construction6 Separate RD, with the inclusion of adjacent private plots will allow individual construction of 8 separate family houses and ensuring comfortable housing. In the southern part, after processing the new zoning plan, the possibility to continue the construction of 7 other family houses using the designed transport and technicalInfrastructure. Two investors are involved in the event, namely the municipality of Nižkov and the Association of Water Supply and Sewerage Žďarsko - the event will be financed from its own sources of contracting authorities.
