- The subject of the public contract is:
a.providing services connected with the technical evaluation (modernization) of up to 38 pieces of trams of the VarioLF type operated by the contracting authority in urban public transport;
b.delivery of all necessary material incl. software equipment necessary for the proper functioning and performance of allnecessary tests for commissioning;
c. ensuring the approval of the technical evaluation of trams by the Railway Authority for operation on tram lines in urban public transport of passengers in the territory of the Czech Republic;
d. delivery of related technical documentation in the Czech language. Delivery of operating instructionsu and maintenance in the Czech language and other performance, which is specified in more detail in the procurement conditions, especially in the Contract; device.
The subject of the public contract is divided into 2 stages, where the 1st stage includes the technical evaluation of 10 pcs of VarioLF type trams and the 2nd stage includes the technical evaluation of up to 28 pcs of VarioLF type trams. enteringconditions, relevant legal regulations, technical standards, decisions of administrative authorities, etc.
