Description:
The subject of the performance of the public order (hereinafter also "VZ") is the provision of technical support services for hardware (hereinafter referred to as "HW") and OBELISK software (hereinafter referred to as "SW OBELISK"), product support for SW OBELISK and on-demand services for: a) OBELISK VALIDATOR - module which automates the validation of electronic signatures and seals in the formats and levels specified by the eIDAS regulation, b) OBELISK TRUSTED ARCHIVE - a module that serves for the trusted archiving of electronic documents based on the application of modern ETSI standards extended electric signature (AdES), c) OBELISK Seal - module for sealing. The subject of the VZ is the provision of flat-rate technical support services during the operation and maintenance of HW and SW OBELISK consisting of ensuring: a) provision of technical support services through the Service desk, which will be available in the 5x8 range, b) solving service reports, c) prophylaxis and optimization of the system environment, d) repair packages, including sending repair packages with bug fixes made based on the supplier's tests or service reports, e) communication with suppliers of subsequent information systems, specified in more detail in the operating documentation, which will be handed over to the supplier by the contracting authority in accordance with the Agreement on the provision of services, the draft of which forms Annex No. 1 of the ZD (hereinafter also "contract" or "draft contract"), f) services of making configuration changes and revising the settings of all parts of SW OBELISK as a whole via a remote connection, g) management and operation of qualified means for creating electronics...
