- The subject of this public contract is a comprehensive service consisting, in particular, of the following activities:
a) coordination and administration of ZAV activities on behalf of UHK vis-a-vis the partner in the association and towards the ŘSD, which UHK is obliged to act on the basis of the contract with the ŘSD and on the basis of the contract with the partner in the association - EUROVIA CS,a.s.;
b) coordination and control of employees participating in the ZAV in order to maximize the effectiveness of the ZAV performed;
e) participation in all relevant meetingsch regarding ZAV - in the event that a representative of UHK is not present at the given meeting, the company undertakes to inform UHK immediately after the meeting about the outcome and course of the given meeting;
f) participation in all control days and submission of information to UHK about their progress; other activities necessary for proper and timelyin the fulfillment of UHK's obligations arising from the contract with ŘSD and from the contract with the partner
