Description:
The subject of the contract is comprehensive investor services and the performance of engineering activities, in particular the implementation of the investor's technical supervision and the performance of the function of the safety coordinator in the implementation of construction work by a selected supplier. These are mainly engineering and investor activities in the realization of the construction "Air junction on the road I/464 in Mošnov - connection of the industrial zone (PZ) area K" (hereinafter referred to as "construction") including the performance of the technical supervision of the builder in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll. In accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., regulating other requirements of safety and health at work in labor relations and on ensuring the safety and protection of health in activities or providing services outside labor relations (Act on ensuring other safety conditions and health protection), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 309/2006 Coll.").
