• The subject of the public contract is to ensure the engineering and investor activity and the activity of the builder's technical supervision over the timely and high-quality execution of the project so that the project is carried out in accordance with the relevant contracts concluded with contractors and suppliers participating in the implementation of the project, public law decisions, with documentation for the implementation of the project, tender budgets, budget costs for the implementation of the project, valid technical standards of the Czech Republic and generally binding legal regulations. Presumed the cost of construction works amounts to CZK 888 million without VAT.
