Description: The client prepares the construction of a new building marked as "U1" at the place of the existing building No. 275 in the eastern part of the former Baťa races, at the entrance to the area south of Vavrečkova Street. The U1 building, together with the newly built Laboratory Center of the Faculty of Technology, marked as "U15", located on the opposite side of Vavrečkova Street, to consist of a comprehensive complex of teaching capacities of this faculty.
The subject of fulfillment of the public contract is the processing of all levels of project documentation and the design of related engineering activities incl. Author's supervision in the realization of the construction. The basis for the implementation of the subject of performance is the project.
