- Services that consist in taking over waste that could not be recycled in accordance with the waste management of the city of Podebrady and the municipality of Vrbova Lhota, or used in another prescribed way, as required by Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste.fulfillment of the so-called sorting discount in the sense of § 157 of the Waste Act, if the final facility of the selected supplier is a waste dump.
The subject of the public contract is NOT the provision of waste collection.
