- Services that consist in taking over waste that could not be recycled in accordance with the waste management of the city of Podebrady and the municipality of Vrbova Lhota, or used in another prescribed manner, as required by Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste.
Part of the scope of performance is the provision of administration and monitoringfulfillment of the so-called sorting discount in the sense of § 157 of the Waste Act, if the final facility of the selected supplier is a waste dump.
The subject of the public contract is NOT the provision of waste collection.
