- Description:
- The subject of the Contract is the construction of a new DN300 hot water distribution system as part of the gradual replacement of the existing steam pipeline between CPS3 Klaricova in the cadastral territory of Česke Budějovice 3 and CZT Nove Vrato in the cadastral territory of Česke Budějovice 4. The implementation includes the liquidation of the existing steam pipeline and the construction of a new hot water system in order to ensure reliable heat supplies, meet legislative requirements and achieve energy savings.
The backbone hot water distribution will be made of pre-insulated DN300 pipes, in the configuration: heating branch in insulation class 2 and return branch in insulation class 1. Part construction will also include the laying of HDPE protectors for communication cables.
Connections to the VS Hochtief Ubytovna, VS Agrozet, VS Rozumův Dvůr, VS Znak Plus and VS DOFE CZ exchange stations will be provided on the route, as well as the preparation of a branch for VS Hochtief Betonarka and connections for planned housing complexes in the locality Hus colony.
Payment of the occupation for the special use of roads and affected areas during the construction of the hot pipe will be at the expense of the contractor.
Construction will be implemented in three stages:
-Stage 1: route from the connection in Okružni Street (Nove Vrato) through Trocnovska Street to Rozumov Dvor, including turns to VS Hochtief Ubytovna, preparation of a branch for the concrete plant, connection to VS Agrozet and provision of branches for apartment complexes. Part of the stage is the dismantling of the underground and above-ground parts of the existing steam pipeline.
