• Description:
• The subject of the public contract in applied research and innovation is to obtain proposals for solution methods and the project's own solution, in the form of management of innovation partnership for services in applied research or innovation. The project has the attributes of applied research or innovation. The subject of the solution is objectively defined as the Project Framework in Appendix No. 1 ZD.
  The purpose of this public procurement is to find the most suitable solution within the phases below, through closure the contract for the provision of support according to the ZPVV, on the basis of which no more than 3 participants will process the project solution/proposal. It will be with every participant closed separate contract.
  Subsequently, in the relevant phase of the innovation partnership, the number of participants will be reduced to one participant, with whom a contract for the provision of support will be concluded, the subject of which will be the creation of a solution that resulted from the previous phases of the innovation partnership.
