- The subject of the work is the replacement of carpets in eight rooms of the dormitory in the Municipal Spa building. The work includes the preparation of the rooms, the removal and ecological disposal of the existing carpets, the execution of any local repairs and the sanding of the base, the delivery and gluing of new carpets, including the insertion of a carpet strip into existing skirting boards, which will be preserved. It also includes returning the rooms to their original state after the assembly is complete. The replacement of the carpets will take place in coordination with the planned painting of the rooms, which will be carried out simultaneously.
