- Description:
- The subject of the work is the painting work in the building of the swimming area on EliΕ‘Δina nabΕeΕΎi (MΔstske laznΔ), which will be carried out during the downtime of the area. The contract also includes all related activities, including surface preparation before painting, removal of old coatings, local plaster repairs, or isolation of spilled stains and remediation of mold. It is also necessary to ensure that furniture, equipment and floors are covered with protective materials (foil, non-woven fabric, cardboard). In cases where the original painting does not hold, it will be removed, the substrate prepared with a suitable material (e.g. plaster, acrylic), impregnated and subsequently provided with new paint. After the completion of all work, coarse dirt, protective covering will be removed and rough cleaning will be carried out, including the disposal of the resulting waste.
