TITLE: SW Controlled Access Layer Network VZP CR Home Reference Number: 2100169
CONTRACT TYPE: Supplies
Description: The subject of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. In size. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for 4 years (48 months) (also "Framework Agreement"). The Framework Agreement will be concluded between the above-mentioned contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure.
The subject of the public contract includes:
(a) Hardware supplies (hereinafter referred to as "HW") including related standard software in the current version (hereinafter referred to as "SW"), all also "equipment" and providing / securing licenses to the appropriate SW;
(b) pilot operation of the SW controlled network access layer;
(c) providing 60 month warranty support to the supplied HW by the SW controlled access layer network layer;
(d) free recovery of existing discarded equipment;
(e) providing training certified by the manufacturer to the administration and configuration supplied by the SW controlled access layer for 3 contracting authorities in a minimum length of 5 days in Czech or Slovak languages.
